Job summary

Oilfield Service Professionals LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Broussard, LA. The role ensures inbound and outbound material flow, verifies shipments, inspects per PO requirements, records in ERP, and supports international shipments with proper documents.

Responsibilities include packing lists, commercial invoices, export docs, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO, ISO 9001, and API Q2 standards. Full-time, hourly. Monday–Friday with possible extended hours for international cut-offs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading POs, packing lists, and certificates of conformance.
• Proficient with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, scales).
• Experience entering receipts into ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments; verify against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials against drawings, specs, and approvals; document nonconformances.
• Enter receipts into ERP the same day material arrives and manage inventory
• Process and track customer product orders; verify stock and ship dates in ERP.
• Maintain accurate packing lists, commercial invoices, and export documentation.
• Support international shipments; prepare origin certificates, MTRs, and ISPM-15 packaging.
• Keep logs and records audit-ready; follow API Q2 and ISO 9001 standards.
