Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Well Chemical Operator to operate water-treatment and chemical-injection equipment for frac projects. The role requires travel to well sites with a crew, hands-on equipment operation, and daily on-site responsibilities.

You will manage inventory, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the compatibility of chemicals used during stimulation. A CDL license with Hazmat is preferred; strong safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possession of Class A CDL license; Hazmat preferred.
• On-call 24/7 on weekends and holidays.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in changing environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.
• Knowledge of highway and safety risks in oilfield.
• Proven safety record and stable work history.
• Chemical experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate company vehicle safely.
• Familiarity with DOT regulatory requirements and Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Travel to well sites with crew to perform required services.
• Operate Chlorine Dioxide units and chemical units.
• Load/unload and rig up equipment as needed.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs daily.
• Maintain service schedule and on-site presence.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
