Responsibilities

• Assist Program Coordinator in managing all aspects of the program, supervising faculty and staff.
• Assist in curriculum development, course materials, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct instructor and course content evaluations regularly.
• Lead faculty meetings and participate in professional trainings and conferences.
• Take meeting minutes and document them accordingly.
• Assist in staff recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Assign classes and substitute teaching as needed.
• Provide tutoring opportunities and advise students on academic progress.
• Audit curricula to ensure up-to-date syllabi and textbooks.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education and accrediting bodies.
