Keel invites a dedicated Weld Trainer I to join our Weld Training School. You will administer basic weld testing, coach trainees on paperwork and introductory weld techniques, and assist daily training operations.

Qualifications

• Foundational welding knowledge across FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW.
• ASNT TC1-A VT LEVEL II in-house course will be completed with supervision.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding English and metric measurement systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic weld tests for candidates and staff under defined processes.
• Provide hands-on coaching and documentation support for welding trainees.
• Support daily operations of the Weld Training School and maintain 5S workspace.
• Record data accurately and promote safety and quality standards.
