Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding; flux-cored or robotic welding a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience in training or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver welding training programs for new hires and existing welders.
• Provide hands-on instruction in welding techniques, machine setup, and quality standards.
• Evaluate trainee performance with practical tests.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering.
