Job summary

Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth is seeking a MIG Welding Trainer/Coach to develop and advance entry-level welders toward Level 2 and 3 competencies. The role combines hands-on welding with coaching, skills assessment, and performance development to improve weld quality, productivity, and safety on the shop floor.

You will deliver structured training, demonstrations, and ongoing coaching, maintaining records and progression.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years MIG/GMAW welding experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other fabrication materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured welding training programs for Level 1 welders.
• Provide classroom, demonstration, and hands-on welding instruction.
• Assess weld quality and progression from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Maintain training records and progression documentation.
• Partner with Quality and Production to reduce defects and improve processes.
