Qualifications

• At least one year of welding experience or equivalent education.
• Must pass a practical welding test.
• Knowledge of basic MIG and tack-welding techniques.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to read technical blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must be 18+.
• Ability to operate machinery and motion-control robots.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual weld machines and automated/motion-control robots to fabricate metal parts and frames.
• Lift workpieces manually or using hoists to secure them into fixtures, or load automatic feeding devices.
• Perform basic MIG and TIG welding techniques as needed, welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions according to WPS weld standards.
• Inspect and measure machined workpieces using gauges to verify conformance with specifications.
• Maintain company quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
