Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications or diagrams to determine welding process.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Start up and shut down machines properly.
• Consistently and safely operate machines to standards of operation.
• Troubleshoot machine/rack-related problems and adjust parts as needed.
• Be flexible to work in non-welding areas when required.
• Participate in CI, 5S, and STW activities.
• Contribute to a team effort and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
