Zusammenfassung

Menasha Corporation is seeking a capable welder to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will weld and fabricate using various devices, read blueprints, inspect welds, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, 5S and STW, and be ready to work across non-welding areas when needed. Join us and be part of a long-standing, two-company organization delivering packaging and supply chain solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently, including startup/shutdown procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives; promote 5S and STW activities.

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.

• Consistently and safely operate machines at or above standards of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
• Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine/rack-related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• The ability and flexibility to work in non-welding areas when the situation presents itself.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Contribute to a team effort.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
