Job summary

Diamond Mowers is hiring a Welder for Night and Day shifts in Sioux Falls, SD. The role requires reading blueprints, following work orders, and can involve robotic welding experience. Night differential adds $2.00 per hour.

Schedule includes Day 6:00am–4:30pm and Night 4:30pm–3:00am, Monday–Thursday. Full benefits available for full-time staff. Welding experience and certification are preferred, with emphasis on safety, attendance, and ability to work with blueprints and rework instructions.

Qualifications

• One year of welding experience preferred.
• Welding Certification preferred.
• Weld symbol knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Learn all aspects of Diamond Mowers’ product line continuously.
• Maintain good attendance to meet manufacturing plans and maintain accountability.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and use of hoists for safe lifting.
• Keep a neat, clean work environment.
• Wear required PPE (weld helmet, gloves, shields, steel-toed boots).
• Maintain a safety-first attitude and be punctual for shifts.
• Perform all other duties as necessary.
