Job summary

Diamond Mowers is seeking skilled welders for Night and Day shifts in Sioux Falls, SD. The role requires reading blueprints and applying welding knowledge with potential robotic welding experience.

Night differential adds $2.00 per hour, and a full benefits package is available for full-time staff. Expect to work on varied product lines, maintain high attendance, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Welding Certification preferred.
• Weld symbol knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Learn all aspects of Diamond Mowers’ product line continuously.
• Maintain great attendance to ensure manufacturing plans are met and individual accountability.
• Ensure proper lifting techniques; including hoist usage and requesting assistance when needed.
• Keep a neat and clean work environment.
• Wear proper PPE at all times (weld helmet, gloves, shields, boots).
• Strive for an injury-free workplace with a safety-first attitude.
• Be consistently punctual and present for all assigned shifts.
• All other duties as necessary.
