Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions in Osseo is seeking a Welder II to join a precision-driven team. You’ll weld with MIG (and occasional TIG) to produce high-quality components and read blueprints to ensure parts fit right the first time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED (technical school certification a plus).
• AWS D1.1 welding certificate.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG (and occasional TIG) equipment to create high-quality components.
• Read blueprints and tape measures with precision to assemble parts that fit first time.
• Stitch sheet metal and weld water-tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
• Position weld-ons and beam pads accurately; attention to detail matters.
• Use grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters to bring designs to life.
• Perform quality checks and deliver work you’re proud to sign your name to.
