Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions LLC is seeking a Welder II to join our team in Osseo, WI. You will MIG weld and occasionally TIG, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances on structural components for paint booths and finishing systems.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years welding experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • AWS D1.1 welding certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MIG (and occasionally TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time.
  • Stitch sheet metal and weld water‑tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
  • Place weld-ons and beam pads accurately, ensuring details are correct.
  • Use a variety of shop tools to bring designs to life.
  • Perform quality checks and deliver work you’re proud of.

At Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), we’re looking for a Welder II to help build the industry’s best paint booths and finishing systems. If you’re experienced with MIG and occasionally TIG welding and want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, this is your opportunity to shine.

What Success Looks Like
  • Operate MIG (and occasionally TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision (down to 1/32") to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time.
  • Stitch sheet metal and weld water‑tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
  • Place weld‑ons and beam pads accurately, ensuring details are correct.
  • Use a variety of shop tools—including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters—to bring designs to life.
  • Perform quality checks and deliver work you’re proud of.
Qualifications That Shine

  • Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and a team‑first attitude.
Benefits & Compensation

Pay Range: $23.81 – $28.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. For 2nd shift a $3.00 per hour shift differential is available.

Bonus Eligibility: Annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.

Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skill level, and market conditions. For remote or hybrid positions, the listed pay range applies to applicants in the specified location.
