You will use hand and power tools, operate equipment including forklifts, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.
• Experience using power tools preferred.
• Forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Interest in long-term manufacturing or welding career.

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of higher level welders and supervisor.
• Performs welding and assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts prior to assembly.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• May work second or third shifts.
• Demonstrates ability to weld fabricated aluminum products.
