Job summary

AGI is seeking skilled welders for our Falls City, NE manufacturing floor. You will weld Dust Filtration and Aeration product lines, in flat, vertical, or overhead positions, ensuring parts are properly clamped and aligned per blueprints.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and adherence to welding specifications. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 1–2 years of related welding experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years related welding experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind and/or bolt components to required configurations.
• Monitor welding processes to avoid overheating or distortion of material.
• Select and install torches, fillers and flux as per chart specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
