Job summary

KMW Ltd is seeking full-time Welders of all skill levels to join a high-volume manufacturing team in Kansas. You will weld metal components according to blueprints and work orders, upholding safety guidelines and quality standards in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, interpreting diagrams, and passing a pre-employment welding test. Overtime and weekend availability are expected; a vocational welding diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in welding or 2 years production welding experience.
• Able to pass a pre-employment welding test.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and following safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and comprehend oral and written instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal components as specified by blueprints and work orders using welding equipment.
• Adheres to welding procedures and safety guidelines.
• Produces parts within required timeframes to meet customer demands.
• Notices weld flaws and corrects issues as needed.
