Job summary

Stellar in Ohio is seeking an experienced welder to fabricate weldments and assemblies per supervisor directions. You will weld aluminum, steel, and stainless components using bench and MIG welding, and read blueprints to set up appropriate tooling and fixtures.

The role requires following work orders, completing weld training, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while collaborating with teammates and independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Welding training provided by the Company.
• Read work orders and tape measure accurately.
• Complete weld test prior to job offers.
• Follow orders with precision; minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components (bench, MIG).
• Set up and assemble components/machines for welding.
• Grind welds and ensure quality with minimal scrap.
• Work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
• Read blueprints/work orders and follow technical documents.
