Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year welding experience.
• Blueprint and welding symbol knowledge preferred.
• Must possess basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to work orders, routings, prints, and knowledge of the unit.
• Regulate machine for proper weld current, wire feed, and gas flow.
• Join two pieces of steel or aluminum by heating to proper fusion.
• Ensure fit, function and cosmetics meet Rogers/StageRight quality expectations.
• Remove burrs and weld imperfections from surfaces.
