Bloom Energy is seeking a Welding Team Lead for our Newark, DE facility. This on-site role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and requires hands-on welding oversight to maintain safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include supporting welding and assembly, mentoring team members, ensuring quality, and coordinating with engineering for process improvements. Strong TIG/pulse welding experience and leadership are essential.

We are looking for a Welding Team Lead to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
Salary Ranges: $24.05 - $34.61
