This role will report to Director, EHS and is based in Newark, DE. The Senior Manager, EHS will lead safety culture transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integration across a rapidly expanding manufacturing footprint. This position will be responsible for implementation of EHS program and policies in the Delaware manufacturing facility campus. This position is a leader who can independently own site EHS performance and partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed EHS into daily operations and future growth. Supports the corporate EHS organization in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Environmental Health and Safety programs for the Delaware manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with corporate, Federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

FULL TIME ROLE ONLY: The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience #LI-JM Salary Ranges: $120,600.00 - $173,400.00.
