Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in welding roles.
• TIG welding and pulse welding experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; able to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-the-floor manufacturing activities safely and per EHS policies.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and teams adhere to standards.
• Provide hands-on welding support to manufacturing areas and projects.
• Answer welding questions and help maintain process flow.
• Handle material movement, cycle counts, and inventory in Oracle/IOT systems.
• Create and sustain standardized work practices; train welding staff.
• Identify waste and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Assist in production line setup and Yamazumi analysis.
