Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy in California seeks a warehouse/production associate to load, unload, inspect, and prepare products for processing. You will operate or assist with equipment and move materials between storage and work areas.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse or production, welding/fabrication experience is a plus, and the ability to read technical drawings. This position offers pay between $19 and $23 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities to develop welding and fabrication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Some college preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant Warehouse or Production experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA, plasma torch).
• Experience using electrical or manual tools (saws, grinders, calipers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of safety standards and use of protective clothing.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items from machines and conveyors.
• Operate machinery or assist operators in production.
• Inspect and pack products for processing and shipping.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and tools.
• Lay out and align parts prior to assembly and welding.
• Operate welding equipment and determine welding methods.
