Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the supervision and direction of the site welding team. The incumbent works with suppliers, customers, and site leadership to identify, research, and develop welding and process improvement plans. The incumbent regularly reviews site-welding metrics and uses root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve welding operations. The incumbent manages and stores site welding records and documents per applicable quality procedures.
