Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on welding experience.
• Welding Certification in MIG and Flux Core required or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and fabrication drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work plans; communicate requirements as needed.
• Conduct measurements, layout, fitting, and fabrication to meet product specs.
• Prepare and assemble materials by cutting, bending, grinding, welding, and fitting components.
• Operate welding equipment and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs/JHAs; maintain organized, safe work areas.
• Mentor and support team members as needed.
