Qualifications

• Must pass a weld test to demonstrate skill and quality.
• Proficient in welding mild steel and galvanneal materials.
• Minimum of 6 months welding experience or completion of welding school training.
• Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills essential for precision.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint interpretation to weld metals with pinpoint precision.
• Operate heavy equipment like saws to prepare materials safely.
• Own machine setup and preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect each weld for defects and ensure top-tier quality.
• Learn and apply multiple welding methods and earn certifications.
