Job summary

Morgan Truck Body is seeking a Welder for the 2nd shift in Morgantown, PA. Earn $25.00/hr plus a $2.50 shift differential and join a team building strong truck bodies with precise welding on aluminum, steel, and galvanneal components.

You will read blueprints, set up and maintain welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, and pursue certifications while upholding safety and process standards. Growth from within is emphasized across production roles.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a weld test to demonstrate skill and quality
• Proficient in welding mild steel and galvanneal materials
• Minimum of 6 months welding experience or completion of welding school training
• Solid grasp of basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills essential for precision
• Basic experience with hand tools to support welding tasks
• Able to accurately understand and apply measurements on the job
• Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints for specialized welding applications
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
