Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control procedures for welding processes.
• Collaborate with field QA/QC to ensure documents are accurate and in contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure clear operation at client sites.
• Maintain records and documentation of welding QC activities and results.
• Ensure compliance with AWS and ISO standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring welding equipment and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to improve welding QC processes.
• Assist in developing QC workflow procedures for projects.
• Screen and assess QC job applicants for competence and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop tools and documents to improve interdepartmental communication and record keeping.
• This role primarily focuses on QA/QC but supports other teams as needed.
