Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a detail-oriented Site QA/QC Manager in Hallsville, TX to ensure products and services meet client requirements and company standards. The role requires a strong background in ASME codes, Welding Procedures, and Welder Performance Qualifications.

The candidate will develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC processes, maintain ITPs, and coordinate with engineers and field teams to ensure compliance and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a QA/QC Inspector, preferably 1 year as QC Manager.
• CWI is required for this role.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work plans.
• Strong knowledge of US-based construction methods and scheduling best practices.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan QA/QC activities within the group to execute QA/QC tasks.
• Maintain the ITP and witness concrete pours, welds, and equipment settings.
• Write daily quality control reports and track submittals and certifications.
• Open, track, and close NCRs with superintendents and engineers.
• Provide timely reporting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in safety programs and attend safety meetings.
