Job summary

Vertiv in Anderson, SC is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor by ensuring continuous production flow, relieving bottlenecks, and filling in positions as needed on the line.

You will identify part and resource shortages, coordinate with engineers and managers, and assist in Lean manufacturing initiatives. Previous lead experience is preferred to drive improvements and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Previous lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
