Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding-related experience.
• Specialized expertise in welding as a Special Process Expert.
• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CWE or CWI certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize welding procedures for scalability.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality to integrate welding solutions.
• Conduct process audits and root-cause analysis using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Introduce laser hybrid welding and automated robotic systems.
• Train teams on welding best practices, safety standards, and process documentation.
