The role involves setup and operation of MIG welders, ensuring safe, efficient production and high-quality welds. Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding of steel and aluminum is desired.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints and follow BOM.
• Commitment to quality and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welders to hand weld products safely and efficiently.
• Adjust welding parameters to maintain part quality.
• Load welding fixtures or jigs correctly and follow 5S practices.
• Maintain clean work area and complete daily cleaning schedules.
• Read prints to verify part requirements and ensure correct components.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and fixtures.
