Job summary

Direct Start is seeking skilled welders to join the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, set up and operate MIG, TIG, and stick welders, and weld components to high quality standards.

You will inspect welds, maintain equipment, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines while following all safety guidelines. This role offers opportunities for growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a welding program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specs.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
