Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support welding and mechanical piping in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures work meets quality standards and assists with inspections and process improvements.

You will perform visual weld and piping inspections, help with testing, maintain compliance records, and contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions while fostering a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspections, root cause analysis, data tracking in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of welding or piping processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in inspections, root cause analysis, data tracking and manufacturing

Certifications like CWI or NDT are a plus, but not required
