Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Welding & Pipefitting Technician in Eddyville, IA. This role emphasizes repair and fabrication of pipe, sheet, and structural assemblies within a manufacturing setting, requiring blueprint reading and welding in multiple processes.

Qualified candidates should have a Welding Certificate, 3–5 years of industrial experience, and a valid driver’s license. The position supports safety training, on-site gear, and potential for advancement.

Formación

• Welding certificate and 3-5 years of industrial pipe fitting/welding experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and isometric diagrams.
• Ability to certify to B31.1 and B31.3 in 6-G position in carbon and stainless steel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on tanks, vessels, piping and structural systems.
• Lay out, fabricate, and install piping systems and valves.
• Weld with GTAW, SMAW, MIG and gas welding processes.
• Operate plasma cutter, acetylene torch, band saw, and pipe threading/cutting equipment.
• Maintain safety and follow PJHA, and site guidelines.
