Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Welder & Pipefitter to perform welding, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping systems, tanks, and vessels in a safety-focused industrial setting. The role requires interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding to applicable codes with strong attention to quality and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of welding/fabrication experience, can work independently or with a team, and is comfortable working at heights

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED required, AA welding degree preferred.
• Certifications in welding (B31.1) and 6G stainless steel are required or preferred.
• 3–5+ years of industrial welding and fabrication experience is expected.

Mansioni

• Work in a safety-conscious environment with focus on PJHA and site safety guidelines.
• Perform layout, fabrication, and installation of piping systems and related equipment.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions; inspect welds and maintain documentation.
• Maintain tools and provide input on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Work at heights and in varying environments; may require night/weekend schedules.
