Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple welding processes/lines in a technical environment.
• Evaluates daily/weekly operating performance and recommends changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoots operational problems and coaches operators for performance improvement.
• Participates in process development and cost-improvement projects.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment.
