Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical degree.
• Experience reading AWS and Military weld specifications.
• Proficient in CAD software (ProE/Creo) and GD&T communication.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by handling designated projects.
• Develop and maintain weld, metal finish, assembly, painting processes.
• Prepare and release welding procedures per specs.
• Identify fixtures, tooling, and process needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and travel as needed.
• Drive quality improvements and root cause analysis.
• Ensure safe working conditions and productivity improvements.
