Qualifications

• Associate's degree in welding/manufacturing technology or related field preferred (or combination of professional certifications and relevant work experience).
• Willingness to document transcripts as required and possess knowledge of welding education practices.
• Ability to teach diverse audiences using varied instructional modalities.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding/manufacturing courses and develop syllabi with outcomes, structure, materials, grading criteria and schedules.
• Deliver instruction using lectures, demonstrations, group work, and technology-enhanced methods; adapt to distance learning where needed.
• Evaluate student progress and submit grades in accordance with college policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of teaching techniques and integrate appropriate technologies into the curriculum.
