Leviat is seeking a professional welding machine operator who accurately sets up, programs, and operates automated or manual welding equipment to assemble, join, and repair structural components and metal parts, ensuring all finished products meet strict quality, blueprint, and safety specifications.

Candidates are detail-oriented and eager to learn, working closely with management to uphold safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferred.
• Ability to use measuring equipment
• Ability to understand work orders
• Must be able to pass welding test for joint sing V groove weld in 1G position according to AWS

Responsabilités

• Fits and welds product to specification.
• Fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques
• Will read a part print to weld basic products using GMAW and operate welding robots
• May operate a forklift and assist in all areas of production as needed

Job Description Summary

Leviat is seeking a professional welding machine operator who accurately sets up, programs, and operates automated or manual welding equipment to assemble, join, and repair structural components and metal parts, ensuring all finished products meet strict quality, blueprint, and safety specifications. Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn. This position will work closely with all levels of management and employees to ensure safety and promote our safety culture.

• Fits and welds product to specification.
• Fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques

Required Skills / Qualifications

Physical Environment

• Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• This position may require various physical activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, bending, stretching, and using hands and fingers to grasp, push, and lift items.
