• Demonstrated expertise in advanced welding techniques and manufacturing processes.

• Oversee and lead all aspects of welding operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve processes for production objectives.
• Act as subject matter expert for welding activities.
• Perform critical welds and troubleshoot issues.
