Qualifications

• Commitment to the community college philosophy of education.
• Ability to provide official transcripts and foreign evaluation if applicable.
• Associate’s degree in Welding and three years of demonstrated teaching competencies.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of Subject Matter: demonstrate thorough knowledge and maintain currency in the field.
• Teaching Performance: plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Evaluation of Student Learning: develop and apply assessment methods for outcomes.
• Support of College Policies and Procedures: adhere to policies and maintain records.
• Participation in College, Division, and Program Activities: serve on committees and collaborate.
• Contribution to Growth and Enhancement of College Mission and Programs: assist in advising and recruitment.
