Qualifications

• Verifiable industrial work experience in welding and fabrication.
• Must be knowledgeable in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW and related cutting procedures.
• Proficient at blueprint reading and pipefitting theory.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality welding instruction in an applied learning environment.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to students to support growth.
• Develop course plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Integrate technology to enrich learning experiences.
• Assist in student recruitment and program promotion as needed.
• Maintain safety and equipment security during instructional activities.
