As the Trainer for the Accelevation School of Welding, you will own the performance, consistency, and output of our welding academy across Ohio and Mississippi. You will ensure we consistently develop skilled, production-ready welders who meet Accelevation’s quality, safety, and operational standards while supporting our rapidly growing manufacturing operations. This role is critical to building a scalable welding workforce and ensuring training programs align with workforce planning, production demand, and manufacturing excellence.
This position is performed primarily in manufacturing, training, and classroom environments and requires regular interaction with welding equipment, production personnel, trainees, and manufacturing leadership. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, demonstrating welding techniques, observing trainee performance, and frequent movement throughout manufacturing and training facilities. Employees may occasionally lift and move training materials, equipment, or components. The work environment includes welding operations, fabrication equipment, moderate-to-high noise levels, and industrial conditions. Travel between facilities, including Mississippi locations, is required. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding PPE, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear, must be worn when required.
