Lincoln Tech is seeking a Welding Instructor to join our Welding program and educate aspiring welders. The role welcomes experienced welders and includes comprehensive training to ensure success in teaching.

You will deliver hands-on lessons, maintain safety standards, and guide students toward industry-ready skills in a fully equipped facility. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a supportive teaching environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of field welding experience (Pipe Welding/Structural Welding).
• Experience with GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), SMAW (stick), FCAW (flux-cored arc).
• Proficiency with Plasma Cutting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety procedures and industry standards in welding.
• Support student growth and accountability.
• Motivate and engage students in a positive classroom environment.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress regularly.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.
