Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Welders Educator to join our Welding program as an Instructor. The role focuses on teaching welding technologies, providing hands-on training, and preparing students for in-demand careers in welding.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of field welding experience (GMAW MIG; GTAW TIG; SMAW; FCAW; Plasma cutting). Prior teaching is not required; we offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of field welding experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Support student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Motivate and engage students in a positive classroom environment.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress regularly.

Key Responsibilities of Welding Educator:
