Devil Dogs Manufacturing USA, LLC builds generator enclosures and related components. We are seeking a welder helper to prepare and position parts, assist with fit-up, finish metal components and support the welder.

Responsibilities include staging parts, measuring, clamping, cleaning surfaces, and assisting with drilling and cutting under instruction. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork in a fabrication environment.

Competenze

• Read a tape measure and work with fractions accurately.
• Have basic hand and power tool skills and follow the welder’s direction.
• Maintain dependable attendance and careful, consistent work habits.

Mansioni

• Stage and identify the correct parts, hardware and tools for each job.
• Measure and mark components; assist with positioning, clamping and fit-up.
• Clean metal surfaces, remove burrs and spatter, and grind components as directed.
• Assist with drilling, cutting and other preparation tasks after instruction and authorization.
• Help move panels and assemblies; report damaged, incorrect or missing parts.
• Keep the fabrication area organized and follow required PPE, tool and hot-work procedures.
