Job summary

Robinson Fans, Inc. is seeking motivated Welders and Fitters for 1st or 2nd shift at our Harmony, PA facility. You will weld or fit fabricated equipment, including fans and housings, with precision to meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience with MIG and Flux Core welding.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required safety apparel.
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project assignments and work instructions from Team Leader.
• Review drawings and welding details for each job.
• Set up welding equipment and weld assemblies per standards.
• Tack weld components and ensure alignment before final welds.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
