Aventure Staffing in Winnebago, MN is seeking a Fabricator – Welder to join a skilled fabrication shop. You will read blueprints and weld tanks and metal products, aiming for leak-free, high-quality results using MIG, TIG, or robotic welding.

This role offers quarterly bonuses in addition to base pay, a Monday–Thursday schedule with a 3-day weekend, and opportunities to grow skills through an optional training program.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Weld using MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year welding helpful but not required; ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
