Job summary

Impact Staffing is seeking a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor in Norcross, GA for a direct hire opportunity. This hands-on role combines welding/fabrication work with supervision of a small crew; you’ll assign daily tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality, and enforce safety in a busy metal shop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in metal fabrication and welding, strong MIG welding skills, and the ability to read prints and shop drawings. Monday–Friday day shift with excellent benefits.

Metal fabrication shop in Norcross is hiring a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Pay is $30-37/hrwith excellent benefits! Monday through Friday day shift. This is a hands‑on supervisor role. You'll spend time welding and fabricating, as well as leading a small crew of welders and fabricators. You'll assign daily work, keep jobs on schedule, check quality, and make sure the shop stays safe, clean, and productive. We're looking for 5 or more years of metal fabrication and welding experience, strong MIG welding skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to read prints and shop drawings.
