Job summary

Impact Staffing is seeking a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor in Norcross, GA for a direct hire opportunity. This hands-on role combines welding/fabrication work with supervision of a small crew; you’ll assign daily tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality, and enforce safety in a busy metal shop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in metal fabrication and welding, strong MIG welding skills, and the ability to read prints and shop drawings. Monday–Friday day shift with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in metal fabrication and welding.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read prints and shop drawings.
• Experience supervising a small crew.
• Demonstrated safety, quality, and productivity focus.

Responsibilities
